I need a simple website in English and French that can be easily updated by a ‘non-technical’ person after building the website. It needs to be viewable on desktops and mobile devices. Must use [login to view URL] (where I purchased the domain and hosting server space). Can build the website with either ‘Weebly Drag+Drop Builder’ or Website Builder (with Drag+Drop) within Startlogic.com. There are simple text and photos or pdf files to display on the different pages. There are also links that I want included (weather, addresses, google calendar and a few others internet pages, etc). I will need this very soon.
