Drawing graphics pattern designing in Visual Basic .net 2010

We are looking for some expert in .net and graphics designing who should be having the knowledge of graphics programming who could help me getting the perfect code for graphics drawing Moving line in .net VB 2010 which could connect various lines pointing on single line and move lines. All the points coming from database. We should be able to delete lines after clicking on delete button. There are two type of rectangles, one is green color rectangle which calling party one and red rectangle is calling two.
