Fixing some existing bugs with Drupal Commerce site

I previously post a project to create my site using Drupal commerce. This is so that i can check it thoroughly before uploading more real products. Phase 1) Following issues still need to be fixed: You can do some simple tests by visiting [login to view URL] 1) We installed Eway for credit card processing payment. Eway and Paypal currently have merchant fees applied to the total costs of the shopping cart. At the moment, paypal works with merchant fees but however there is issue with Eway where it sends to process the payment before the calculation rules apply to it. So I need this to be fixed. 2) Currently there is shipping cost for each product as well as flat shipping cost. I want to implement combine shipping cost using the rule settings as both of these shippings don't work together as both of them will display at the same time when check out. I want to implement the calculation rules for this by just using Flat Shipping services only BUT set up some rules to say, if the total shopping cart is more than $xx amount, then subtract $y amount from the shipping costs as a discount but will stop at $0 shipping cost as I don't want it to go to negative. Please notes that I will have a few Flat Shipping services i.e. Standard, Express etc. Each of these will be configured so using the same rules but different amount thresholds and different discount. 3) Enquiry list function: (new function to be added) a. User should be able to add a product into enquiry list. b. When click to enquiry list, they should be offer a free text field to enter their questions, and an email address field if they are not logged in. c. Once click enquiry, an email will send to us with their details and items they interested in d. Enquiry list should be displayed next to Wish list and Shopping Cart on the top header 4) I want to change some colour settings in the stylesheet file. May be you could change this for me too. The Business Location in the bottom and the banner of the page title as light grey and black is a little boring for the type of business I am doing. Payments will be divided into 3 equals amounts for each milestone. Phase 1: task 1, Phase 2: task 2 and Phase 3: task 3 and 4.
