The visual presentation looks tired…..I think that the client is simply after a slightly younger look and appeal to the pages. My role is to introduce a supplier that they can work with to upgrade their web to look a lot better. They get from 6-10 enquiries each year via the website contact page, and other enquiries by word of mouth and the local real-estate agent. This retirement village has 65 units and will turnover 4-6 of them each year as older residents leave. The purpose of the website is that the owners can be seen on-line, provide essential information to prospective residents, show contact details and enquiry form .... and generally look as though they are up to date.
