We have a few existing systems built by our DOT NET and PHP developers. These sites need maintenance/enhancement. We are looking to work with a web designer with decent design experience and direct hands-on skills in CSS3 / HTML5 / Responsive Frameworks such as Bootstrap and AJAX / jQuery. If the quality, timeliness and commitment are good, then this could be the beginning of a long term relationship. Please quote your best hourly rate. Thank you.
