Make edits to a wordpress theme to better project details

OK as usual to check the freelancer has read the brief before bidding, I have requested you start your bid with the word SURF This edit been with the theme developer back and forth for over 3 months now and I have given up and need someone else to do it, its easy but I think he is too busy and just wont tell me that. [login to view URL] Instead of showing the 8 photos as portrait style on 2 rows of 3 and a row of 2, We want them showing in landscape 4 rows of 2. And where the text shows on the right we want that to replace the standard about us text with the text for the person when that person is clicked on, so if I click on Andrew Davison it replaces the About Us Text with the Description field text for Andrew Davison. And if I instead click on Janice Tingle then her Description text would show in the space that usually shows the About Us text. I should be able to click on any of the staff’s images to see any of the descriptions for that person replacing the default about us text, and if I click from 1 to another it should change, and if I click off an in image ideally it should re-show the default about us text. Technically how you do this I don't know, but perhaps a floating popup that sits on top of the about us text is the answer, with an x to close it once it's opened. I need this done and in place within 48 hours with no supervision from me, and I will assign a coder in 4-8 hours from now.
