Print advert design with a sticker

I am looking for a freelancer to design a print advert with a sticker to promote my product. I have a specific color scheme and design style in mind for the project. AS well as images and text. Skills and experience required for this job: - Graphic design expertise - Proficiency in creating visually appealing print advertisements - Ability to incorporate the specified color scheme and design style - Attention to detail to ensure the advert and sticker are visually impactful even at a small size. The budget for the job is $30 for both: 1 x one sticker type laid up and repeated for an A4 sheet. Only text in green bubble and two lines of black text below and QR code will change. URL will be provided and the text. QR code must be generated and must not expire. 1 x advert, similar to the attached flyer. Product shots, layout and copy will be provided aswell as the dimensions and bleed etc. The mile stone of $30 will only be released once we are given the hi-res, print ready files that we can have the printers check.
