ReWrite and ReDesign an existing site

1. Rewrite or move existing site [login to view URL] to a new CMS based platform like WordPress or Drupal. 2. All Existing functionalities defined with each tab needs to be there. 3. All content be it text or images or Video should be [login to view URL] or deleted by business users ie. CMS integration 4. Projects tabs needs to be mobile friendly and in grid pattern. 5. Requires Fluid design with "mobile first" strategy 6. Caching is required as its mostly static site. 7. Contact Us Form required so that user can fill in the details and customer care gets the email. 8. 2 to 3 sliding banners are required on home page to highlight anything new or to post any new announcement. 9. Response time must be 2 second for all pages. 10. Registration and login with custom (email /password ) or OpenAuth required to login with facebook and twitter. 11. Social network Integration with facebook , twitter , linked in required. 12. A new Blog section needs to be developed where business user can post or write a blog. 13. User Testimonial with rating and review needs to be developed. 14. Host and Port old domain to new server on cloud with same domain name GoDaddy Should be fine. 15. Migration of content from existing web site to new one . 16. WordPress would be preferred platform for blog and cms. 17. Theme should be similar to [login to view URL]
