Starting a brand is easy but maintaining and attaining an identity over time is not! Being a designer in the industry i have come across brands which had many positives to them but were struggling to maintain the balance & identity due to various reason like upvoming trends loss of direction and vision etc. I focus on relativity of brand identity and product with the market where we analyse the possible niche and opportunities to grow in a stady way. I believe that any brand can succeed if they are true to themselves and their identity with strong & good quality product. I believe that too many things creat confusion and we need to maintain a certain check list which is relative to the current problem and get a solution for the same in less time. So LESS IS MORE mantra always work. Stratergies for the business are essential keeing the current situations and problems in mind being it design, operations, productions, vendors etc everything goes hand in hand while we maintain the true vision and focus on team building and brand building.
