Segway electric scooter ninebot tire replacement

My front tire needs to be replaced on my Ninebot max electric scooter and so does the rear fender/splash guard. I have the replacement tire and the replacement fender/splash guard , just need someone to do it. Here’s a how to video showing what tools are needed and how to do it.
