Build an Online Ecommerce Portal that customize jewelry.

We want to develop a site very similar to [login to view URL] , please go check out the site and the customizing tool, we want to create a very similar site that does the same thing, we want users to be able to come to the store purchase already designed products as well as create their own products by selecting a stone then a mount. There are other sites that do this as well but we want to mimic this site, with our own identity and branding. Only bid if you can truly create something in the same class, no choppy codes please. This is a very quick turn around project and I am only interested in the best team that has allot of man power to get this completed in the next 3 weeks, do not bid if you do not have the resources to get this completed in time.
