We sell frozen items on our store: [login to view URL] We currently only have a /cart page. When a frozen item is added to the cart and the browser is directed to /cart, a frozen surcharge item is added to the cart. We are currently working on a new theme for our store which is not live yet. The theme uses a slide out cart. We would like the frozen surcharge to be added to the slide out cart when a item tagged as 'frozen item' is added. The frozen surcharge item must not be removable while a frozen item is in the cart. We are under a tight deadline and need it working before 30/09
