Build a Sports Scouting Profile Website

I am looking for a web Designer who can build a website similar to a social media site where users can have a profile for armature Sports athletes to showcase their talents with videos, stats and scout reports from Coaches and trainers. I want 3 types of user profiles: Athlete, Coach/Trainer, Scout. I would want the "Scout" users to have a profile as a scout to view athlete's profiles and communicate interest. The athlete should know when a scout views their profile. All "Athlete" profiles should also be public to any user with or without a profile, and be able to communicate with private messaging within the site. The athlete's profile should also have a section for users with a "Coach/Trainers" account to comment on the athlete in the form of a scouting report. Only members with one of these 3 accounts can comment on a video or scout report in an athlete's profile, and the athlete has to approve the comment before it is posted. All other users with or without a profile can "like" videos and scout reports and Follow the Athlete. This website needs an easy to use admin section to upload modified videos and control user profiles. I would also like to have the ability to live stream events on the website. I need a Freelancer who would be available for ongoing updates and changes for the website later as well as other projects.
