Build webform

Hello, We're in the process of rebranding our financial services firm. We're a small business and our website has been delayed. We need a web form built for our clients. We send new client a "fact find" to collect their personal information before they come into our office for an initial meeting. FORM REQUIREMENTS - Functionality to add more rows to various sections (noted as "+ ADD" in the spreadsheet attached) - Dynamic form unhides questions in sections based on answers (blue cells) - Includes a range of radio and comboboxes - Logical tab order: Across, then down. - Fonts - Engravers Gothic. (Can be supplied) - POST form as PDF and csv to enable us to upload to CRM at a later date (No CRM yet) - More detail on form function will be found on the right hand side of the excel sheet attached. This will give you an indication on styling. PORTABILITY I built our placeholder site in Webflow. I'm happy to give you access to our account for you to deploy. The website will eventually be moved to our proper host crazy domains. This may need to be taken into consideration in the build.
