Create Frontend input modules and survey template from Wireframe (Tailwind CSS / AlpineJS or ES6 only!)

Please review proposal carefully and only bid if you can do TAILWIND CSS and ALPINEJS (or ES6). This means NO custom normal CSS and jquery. I require a good coding structure, and I will have my head of development review code to ensure satisfaction before any release of milestone. I need the attached design (file A) (psd) converted into files. The three different input modules (range slider (file B), sentencebuilder (File D) and grid (File C)) must also be delivered in separate files, and then one master file(s) where I can build a questionnaire/survey template using those templates. The master file will consist of five pages and pagination needs to be done using steps/panel. I already have the questions that needs to be applied, so you may also add the questions and options within the files if I am satisfied with your work. With template, I mean the fact that I myself can use the modules and divs to create other questionnaire/survey templates using these module. The modules can have different labels. ONLY frontend work, no processing of data. My backend developer will, after your work, do the data processing using your frontend build. We will need further modules coded later, so more work for the right frontend developer. To ensure you have read my brief, please start your proposal with the sentence “The weather is great today!”.
