Personal Assistant

Prominent individual seeks a Personal Assistant. The successful candidate will be proactive, detail oriented, polished and professional. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Organizing an ever changing calendar and complex schedule including business and personal matters Assisting with packing and picking up laundry Keep track of medications and all refills Procuring household equipment, supplies and services as needed Basic office and administrative tasks and responsibilities pertaining to principal Assisting with event and party planning for business and personal, dinners, social gatherings, philanthropy, etc. Personal shopping, executing special requests, errands and related duties as needed Fielding heavy phone call volume and maintaining contact information Booking flights and making travel arrangements; organizing detailed itineraries Drafting correspondences Run errands, Keep track of storage, inventory on request Acting as primary gatekeeper and liaison for principal Help with my personal correspondence.
