Interview job applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education, or

On-boarding:
Conduct reference or background checks on job applicants
Prepare offer letters and employee contracts
Conduct orientation formalities for new employees
Payroll:
Manage payroll for 70 employees
Co-ordinate with vendors managing provident fund, ESIC and health insurance
Process paperwork for new employees and enter employee information into the
payroll system
Verify attendance, hours worked, overtime
Record employee information, such as exemptions, transfers, and resignations, to
maintain and update payroll records and post information onto designated record
