We are developing a 100% web-based document publishing software and we need an experienced DTP user that can compare our solution with important software like Adobe InDesign and QuarkXpress, detect the bottlenecks and propose features to be implemented. The selected freelancer will use a source PDF document of about 20 pages and will create one project in QuarkXpress, one in InDesign and one in our own software (we will provide a short training). He/she will note the time it takes to complete each page and the whole project, in all three situations, he/she will analyze the missing features in our software and any counterproductive situations that may encounter. The PDF will be sent to the selected freelancer. As stated above, the freelancer should be very experienced in both Adobe InDesign and QuarkXpress software solutions.

I am also familiar with Scribus, an open source DTP application.
