Customer service and Swedish assistance

I handle the customer service and orders for a foreign company at the moment, answering e-mails and make phone calls in Swedish as well as English, depending on where the customer comes from. I've been doing that for several years from home, and I really enjoy it. I have flexible working hours at the moment, and could easily take on your project as well, as I want to reach full time eventually. Hi there! This project feels almost a though it were written for me. I am a retired engineer, UK English speaker but fluent in Swedish, since I lived and worked in Scandinavia for 30 years. My position was that of Regional Sales Manager which means I was fully involved in sales and marketing. My wife was Swedish, so the day-to-day communication with her and the children was conducted in Swedish. Hi! For the last year I have been working with customer service for a webshop in Sweden. Prior to this I've been working all over Europe and I've also lived in the United States so English is no problem either. When working with a webshop I feel it's important that the customer's emails get answered in less than 12 hours. The faster the better. Even more when it is a new webshop so the customers feel it's a shop they can trust.
