We are looking for someone to manage pay per click campaigns that will be related to 3 qualifications that we deliver.
The incoming candidate will be responsible for:
- Keyword research
- Putting together the campaign
- Monitoring and improving it based on the KPIs below

The incoming candidate will also be responsible for sending through a monthly KPI report. In this report, we will measure the following:
Quality score for current month compared to part 2 months - Goal is to get as close as possible to 10 and never drop below the quality score of the previous month except in extraordinary circumstances
Click through rate for current month compared to part 2 months - Goal is to get to an average clickthrough rate of 7% for each campaign and to never drop below the click through rate of the previous month except in extraordinary circumstances
Conversion rate for current month compared to part 2 months - The most important metric. Goal is go get to a conversion rate from web visitor to lead of at least 10% on average and move as close as possible toward a 30% average conversion rate per campaign nd to never drop below the click through rate of the previous month except in extraordinary circumstances
Total number of clicks for current month compared to part 2 months - Goal is never drop below the total number of the previous month except in extraordinary circumstances
Total number of clicks for the current month compared to the last 2 months:Goal is never drop below the total number of the previous month except in extraordinary circumstances
Metrics that should be included in the monthly report that will be monitored but are not KPIs:
Cost per click for current month compared to part 2 months - Not a KPI but should be included per campaign and tracked on a monthly basis.
Cost per conversion for current month compared to part 2 months - Not currently a KPI, might be a KPI in future. Should be tracked and included on a monthly basis
