iPhone App Coders - Screening Call App

When the iPhone rings you have to slide to answer... I want basically an option where you can press a button or do somethign to SCREEN the call. what does this mean: When you chose this option, the iPhone picks up the call, but instead of letting the user hear me, it lets the user hear a prerecorded message that sounds like my voicemail picked up. As they're leaving the message the iPhone both records it to mp3 file and lets me hear it while they're leaving the message, and finally, if while they leave the message i decide to pick up, then I should just press another button and start talking to them... Simple if you know your way around the iPhone. This is for Firmware 2.X ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows?
