Illustrator to html 5 & mobile friendly emails

I have a 6 versions of one basic outbound email table that were created in Adobe Illustrator. I am looking for a resource who can create html code that works on a majority of email clients PLUS offer a text version AND mobile version. Ideally you can create a template that I can use to drop in different images and text. I also need some training on the easiest way to upload images to the website that will be hosting images. I look forward to your responses. Deliverables: 1- html coding for 6 emails with images uploaded to my website. Same table for all 6 emails, with consistent logo at top. Images, text and link for button are the variables. 2- training on how to modify emails if I need to revise text or change an image in the future. 3- recommendation of ftp program.
