IOS 7 APP DEVELOPMENT

Dear freelancers, I'm reposting this project as I really need it done this time. I'm going to describe a bit the app, I'll wait for your bids and proposals and the 3 possible developers selected by me will get the screens of the app to understand it better. then I'll check your final apreciation of it and then I'll choose by Monday 14:00 the final Freelancer (time of Venezuela). Description of the app: This app will providy a health service reminder. It will work as reminder on phone to do a specific excercise for 45 to 60 secs. First: At first time opened, it will show few screens (like Duolingo learning lenguage app) explaining the whole thing, screens that will move from right to left. then you'll push start. It will show a screen asking to allow notifications. (IMPORANT , THIS IS NEEDED) then will open a screen with log in or sign up button. If you select sign in: It will ask you basic info like, email, username, password, and IMPORTANT ---> age, weight, time spent on computer and usual hour of work. Based on this info the app later will notify you when to do the excersises explained on same app. After logged in you will have a screen (ios 7 based design with some blurs) and a full screen design, 4 buttons at bottom and if you click an option it will autoscroll to that part of the screen needed. User will be aviable to start an excercise that will be showed on screen with audio, and tracked. if you finish earlier it will be a different result on the screen of results. if you do it well (complete) it will be a different quotation. I'll explain the app better after selecting 3 possible developers based on experience, and examples. Budget is between 250 and 350$.
