I can solve this by producing a desktop program that will take your input files (a text file and a set of image files, where the text file has added markers to show where the images will go) and create a folder that is an eclipse project. You can then compile or edit this by using the eclipse 'File/Import/Existing projects into Workspace' menu option. I have a 15 years of Java experience, 3 of Android, and lots of experience autogenerating code. I can do this for you in 3 days.
