Scala - Make some changes to scala class RDD Spark

Make some changes to a scala class. The class can be accessed from this link: [login to view URL] We need to change this class so it parses vcf files in a directory and inserts the data into hbase table. All of the difficult code is in the class linked, we only need to add the features discussed above.
