URGENT: Need PSD Slicing & Coding for Website!

** Website must go live, bug free, no later than Friday, October 21st. ** PSD slicing and coding for simple site needed. Several pages with the same basic layout and minor changes throughout each. Header navigation will have drop-down menus. Pages will have images that open in a larger window when clicked. Please send portfolios with similar work. Final website must look EXACTLY like the PSDs--only bid if you can make the website look EXACTLY like the PSDs. Final site must be optimal for viewing on all browsers and smart-phones.
