I'm setting up a site about lightbulbs. It's already been designed and I need someone to change the layouts I've got in Fireworks to un-messy HTML. It should be pretty straightforward, there's nothing complicated in the design at all. (see attached) I'd like the site to rely on as few graphics as possible so that I can easily optimise it for search engines. I want the site to gather a limited amount of market research. I've designed a small questionnaire that I'd like people to fill in if they so choose. The winning bidder must be able to code this and make sure I can access the data produced from it. Lastly, I'd also like a couple of spot polls on the site, and for the results to be published on the page. I'm sure this is quite easy if you know what you're doing! I don't really want to spend more than $100 for this work. There's basically three pages that need to be converted into HTML and then the javascript programming for the survey. If you can't realistically do it for that amount, please don't bid. Thanks!

Hello. I am an IT professional and have been converting website design comps into functional HTML for 5 years, which is what your project requires. I will do so in a way that minimizes file size so that downloading your page is a quick as it can be. I will create the navigation menus in CSS rather than making them images so that they are easily updated, download quickly, and are search engine usable. The polls can work using a text file to hold the results on the server, meaning we will need ASP or PHP installed for it to work. If you have a database setup we can use that but I am assuming you do not. You cannot read or write to a file in Javascript, meaning you cannot do your polling in Javascript alone. Anyone who says they can is misleading you. I am professional, dependable, punctual and a clear communicator. English is my native speaking language.
