Hi there, I'm Matt Sergei (do call me Matt, please) and can help you if you provide more details (otherwise I'm a webmaster and IT developer for 25 years, scripting web animations/visualisations for 7+ years). Few questions: 1. Will you provide all the graphical objects? 2. Will these objects be in vector format (I can convert AI files to required SVG files for the web usage yet can more or less only automatically trace and convert bitmap based images - I'm not a graphic designer per se yet can manipulate any multimedia)? 3. The game will be data driven, of course. Say XML or JSON file with objects, possibly their locations on the image/map and definitely a list of which objects a user needs to locate (or a game will randomly choose them). But how about the web server side e.g. storing these game configurations if you like, does user score need to be saved for each game, is there a login required etc. The plan is to use just GreenSock GSAP javascript (best) animation library with some of its additional plugins (for dragging/mouse gestures and maybe some more). The layout would probably be Bootstrap based with clever adjusting to various screen sizes - since the scene and shapes would be SVG no loss of quality is expected though some strict rules should be set in advance e.g. portrait and landscape mode.
