Web3.js Vue.js - Create a javascript module detecting metamask changes/wallet adapter

We need the following created for a Vue.js (only) project. No react. Create a javascript module called by a vue.js project that does the following: 1. Detects if metamask is connected (detects [login to view URL]) 2. Detects if [login to view URL] is changed and calls a function on App.vue. 3. Detects connected chain ID of metamask and if not the correct chain ID, suggest connecting to the appropriate network. In your work, show how to use it using a blank vue.js app and use [login to view URL] to use the functions #1, #2, and #3.
