I require a css/javascript of circular baloons/balls that have a slight motion to them. The balloons will have text in them of different lengths and the baloon width will change with the with of the works. The ballons should have a semi-transparent 3D effect. For information only... The text will be fed from a sql query. The resulting dataset will be looped and each baloon will be written dynamically to a DIV.
