You will be responsible for supporting our customers ( hospitals & nursing homes ) to source nurses, managing the recruitment lifecycle, connecting with them with candidates. Setting up interview times and gathering feedback. You will need a thorough understanding of the recruitment process. You will also pride yourself on building outstanding relationships with your clients and candidates and will be confident representing Nurse 123 at the highest level. You must have successfully held a previous management role.
