fulltime legal assistance - repost

This is a repost project to change the currency of an already IN PROGRESS work. Please do not apply, because the freelancer was already being selected. We are an international IT contracting company, dedicated to provide the required solution for our clients. We mainly base our business on outsourcing the job and guarantee the expected solution based on contracts and agreements by recruiting the right cost-benefit resources worldwide. We are looking for a lawyer (preferably with American nationality) to be in charge of the legal subjects of the company. Must have knowledge and experience in international law (corporate and internet laws), have contacts with other lawyers for international legal advice, or actively research for legal solutions/advices on international documents and laws. Your daily tasks will go from making accountability, legal contracts/documents, research for international legal solutions, make written business plans, tax advice, any legal related activities, etc. It is part of your responsibility, in case of inability to fulfill the required skill or knowledge on any legal subject, to obtain the legal assistance from a third party to archive the company's requirement. The schedule will be somehow flexible, but we are mostly looking to fill our busiest hours and being able to work consistently on weekends as part of your static schedule. Very important to be available by phone and email/chat for discussion on tasks and follow-ups. You will be informed of the required tasks to perform with its appropriate skills and timing to fulfill the requirements. Must be able to manage time and information accordingly with a profound intake of our documentation and to consume any final legal output from the company. Specific training will be given to improve the abilities to archive the expected goals. The position requires perfect English and grammar, both written and spoken (special emphasis on the oral skills). Essential to be a responsible/committed person, diligent and compliant. It is possible to obtain additional bonus for exceptional performance. Will need to pass an interview and appropriate evaluation of skills if selected.
