I consult for an Atlanta co who's in a small $18K dispute with a MA co that I used to work with. The MA company's CEO is out of money and got desperate and sued my consulting client (he's being ousted btw). I am "Licensed - Non-Practicing" in MA and abysmally too rusty for Civil Trial Practice anyway (margins, fonts, dates, etc.). I wrote the meat of a response but my client is looking for someone in MA to appear & file. Parties, Venue, Contested Statement of Facts: attached. You need to be able to file an appearance in Massachusetts.
