** phplist -configure - help **

I installed phplist (I believe their site is: h[ttp://[login to view URL]][1] ) Need the following: 1.) Need to remove the following within phplist: a.) words at bottom of each page which read: "© [tincan limited][2] | phplist powered by [phplist][1] - version 2.10.10" b.) Replace PHPlist logo at top with new logo I will give you so that the mailer looks customized. also remove powered by php & mysql. c.) words at top of each page which say: "phplist - title" and change them to just "title". remove the: "phplist -" d.) no sent emails should mention phplist at the bottom of the message with any phplist hyperlink. 2.) Help to explain how I can send an embedded image (rather than a hyperlinked image) in the content area? 3.) Help to design a template. I noticed that if I design in MS Frontpage, it does not keep background colors etc.. Must this be designed in the phplist editor itself in order to look best? ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Coder agrees that no partial payment shall be expected from Buyer for partial work completed.
