Hate to say this, but a local firewall on your server is not going to stop the DDOS attack. If you are hosting a website you will need to use a CDB service like Cloudflare or a cloud based WAF. Or call your provider and ask them to blacllist the source IP address via black routing. But its best to have some type of DDOS scrubing service. Again. nothing you can do locally unless you change IP addresses and even then, they will find it again unless your behind a scrubing service. Wish you the best.
