We can install proxmox as virtualization on this server. It's free and free of charges. Vmware will cost you per cpu unit and costs a lot. You will be able to create new, turn on / off and edit virtual machines from other computers on the network from proxmox main console. VERY EAS YTO USE AND VERY POWERFULL.
