I can do these letters easily. I have experience producing ad copy for various bulk email projects and was once listed on the Rokso Spamhaus Registry. I've done some promotional materials similar to what you have described for a Cayman Islands based Financial Planning Firm (selling Mutual Funds registered in the Bahamas).
