To expand our business scope and meet high growth demand, we are hiring a talented marketer to develop effective integrated marketing strategies that align with our business goals and objectives. Creating marketing plans that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Develop integrated marketing plans that include a mix of digital, social media, print, PR, events, and other marketing channels to meet business objectives. • Collaborate with internal teams to identify target audiences (b2c, b2e, b2b), and the most effective marketing channels to reach them. • Conduct market research (policies, competitors, etc) and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities to improve marketing performance. • Develop five-year project timelines define main objectives, target audiences, key messages. • Create one-year campaign briefs that clearly define objectives, target audiences, key messages, and KPIS. • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in integrated marketing to ensure we are using the most effective strategies and tactics. QUALIFICATIONS: • At least 3 years of experience in integrated marketing planning, with a proven track record of success. • Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices, including digital marketing, social media, and content marketing. • Experience developing marketing plans for multiple channels and campaigns. • Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative marketing solutions.
