Job Description Summary: Sales & Lettings Admin, using an automated dialler system; Administrators will send mainly bulk sms/text to potential landlords selling or letting their properties. When the landlord is interested in our service he/she will call back to enquire. Once the landlord signs up and agrees. The Sales & Lettings Admin, will enter landlords details/requirements into a CRM system ( Customer Relations Management system). Then upload the landlords property photos and details on to property portals. Potential purchasers and tenants will respond to the advertised properties and a convenient time will be arranged for the viewings the property; reference and id credit/checks will be made on landlords / purchasers / tenants. Agreements will be sent out mainly by email which will be e-signed electronically. It is essential Sales & Lettings Admin individuals have a clear, precise telephone manner and a positive outlook in order to generate as many leads/sales as possible, which are converted to appointments. Selected persons will enter an Internship period for 4 weeks and will only be paid expenses (up to £150/week); NOTE: You must be able to support yourself financially during this period. This will include + induction + CRM systems introduction + Portal uploading listings+ script analysis + e-sign + instruction, which develops to experience requirements After the induction 4 week period you will be offered a 3 month agreed contract on a basic Salary of £1,735 monthly salary, which will be performance related. Finally you will be offered an agreed contract for Salary £35,000 + Bonus incentives.
