Assistance in creating a financial trading model in Matlab - open to bidding

Hi hmramezani , I am based in Ireland. I want to create a probability engine in Matlab that reads live pricing data from the US nasdaq market [login to view URL] on particular stocks, and compares it with historical data searching for similarity and trend, and then gives a result that indicates price direction, time and range from open price. I have attached a very basic spec. I am new to this. What I have today is a student license of Matlab with various toolboxes attached, see attached Matlab license spec. I wrote to Matlab and sent also the attached spec, inquiry and they sent a response cover of this license spec. I will upgrade this to a home license. I have historic data - [sample] 'table_spy' on a particular instrument sample also attached. This data is date, time, open-price, high, low, close price and volume. I would need to build the engine including a workable interface for me, hook up system to feed so that it works in real time, create a conversion or iport engine so that I can use the tool with different stocks.
