We have an Microsoft Exchange 2013 server and a SharePoint 2007 server. First off, there's a SharePoint form that staff fills out and a workflow that e-mails certain details about the form. Problem is that the e-mail often ends up in Outlook's Junk Email folder. Doing some research it seems a transport rule can be set to set the SCL value for that system to -1. Not really sure how to do this and if that's the correct thing to do. Secondly, we're having some issues with searching through Outlook. Some items show up when searching, some don't. Service is running on the server. Would like to know your pre-thoughts and would need documentation of changes made.

We are an IT service provider with a team of highly experienced professionals (average experience is 10 years). We have very good competency in MS Exchange and SharePoint (in many other technologies as well like Citrix, VMware etc.) and hence can work and complete this task easily. Once we have solved the issue, we would create a document of how this was solved so that you could resolve similar issues if any pops-up in future.
We would appreciate if you could invite us for further discussions.
