Hello I'd like to develop a unique mobile app designed to transform how padel players capture and share game highlights. *Concept:* An app allowing players to record matches via a phone (fixed on a mount), with a standout feature: players can tag key rallies using any smartwatch or remote device, prompting the app to save the preceding 30 seconds of action. Post-match, the app compiles these snippets into a highlight video. *Essentials:* 1. iOS-focused MVP, expandable to Android (utilizing Flutter). 2. Universal smartwatch/remote device integration for tagging nice gameplays. 3. Auto-compilation of tagged clips into a single video. 4. Cloud support for storage and sharing. The detailed requirements are: 1. 3 onboarding screens explaining the app features. 2. The user must sign-up/login to use the application capabilities. 3. The user must pair with the Apple Watch. 4. The bar contains 3 tabs ( highlights , RECORD , Settings). 5. highlights tab contains the user's saved highlights (so they can be edited any time , ability to save and share) 6. The RECORD tab is where the user can set his phone --> go play and tag whenever. 7. settings tab contains general profile settings(name , forget password , logout, delete account) + the duration of the tagged highlight. 8. Apple Watch has a button to tag highlight. We envision an App Store-listed MVP, initially for iOS. Preference is for Flutter development, ensuring easy platform migration. Kindly provide your proposal, including methodology, timeline, and cost, plus any relevant past work.
