ePub Ebook Reader iPhone App

I want to publish several ebook on the AppStore as Apps. Therefore I need an iPhone / iPad app, with XCode sources, which I could use as an template for building other eBook apps. Easy customization is a MUST. Please take the functions and style of ebook apps like Sun Tzu - Art of War as guideline. 1.) contains page flipping effect. You can use opensource project, like LeavesView. 2.) after opening app reader page should be showed. Additional customization buttons are located on toolbars. One one click you can show/hide these bars 2a.) chapters -- to get back to the chapters view 2b.) font -- to select a font 2c.) font size -- to select font size 2d.) bookmark -- multiple bookmarks option. This also should handle font size, as after font size is changed bookmark could occur on another page. 2e.) dimm -- to change screen brightness.
