iOS app implementing LibSVM (and example of usage on dataset)

LibSVM is a popular implementation of the SVM machine learning algorithm. It can be downloaded here: [login to view URL]~cjlin/libsvm/ For this project, I need a developer to: 1. Compile LibSVM on iOS through Xcode in an app 2. Demonstrate the use of LibSVM through predictions on the wine quality dataset (https://archive.ics.uci.edu/ml/datasets/Wine+Quality) Step 1 above is easy: just create an Xcode project, import svm.h and [login to view URL] and build the project. Done. Step 2 is where the real work is. LibSVM comes with svm-predict.c, svm-scale.c, and svm-train.c, which show how to scale/train data and make predictions. These files can be compiled into command-line tools. I would like the functionality of these tools to be incorporated into the mobile iOS app. Finally, I would like to see an example of scaling, training and predicting using the wine quality dataset (URL above), The dataset comes in the form of CSV files. To convert to the LibSVM format, you should import this into the project as well: ([login to view URL]~cjlin/libsvm/faqfiles/convert.c), which is linked from the FAQ. In other words, I would like to see usage of LibSVM on an iOS app with a real dataset. Machine learning experience is not strictly necessary, since this task involves bringing a lot of C/C++ code together, but it would be quite useful.
