Need to build a iPhone, iPad apps for an existing Website

I need an iPhone,iPad app for an existing website What is existing? + Joomla 2.5 and support Web service XML-RPC + Hotel Booking system is working with full feature. Requirement Do an iPhone/iPad apps with these feature + Search an place : will search all hotels in a place and display results, each lines have two buttons to choose that hotel or make a request for that hotel. + Make a bid : will send a request with information : number of adult, children , Start date, Destination place , Expired Date , Checkin and Checkout Date. These information will send to all hotels in that place ( All this features are running on the site) + Request Manager : store all request He made a bid and follow all offer which hotel provider bid for his request, he can choose a bid to award and pay. ( this function is also working on web version) + Support Notification ( Push). will notify all offer which hotel provider bid for his request. Please make words "jailbreak me" at the beginning of bid to ensure you read my requirement if not, you will be ignore. Tell me if you want to clear all features. Hope I will choose best candidate with Best "Real" price Notice that : all features are running on existing system.
