Build my simple iOS game

I would like a simple game built that splits the screen into 4 quarters coloured Red, Green, Yellow and Blue. The game would then play a pattern through lighting up the quarters and the user would then repeat the pattern back after the sequence is finished. First 1 quarter would light up then when the user completes it they score one point, then 2 quarters light up consecutively and the user has to repeat the pattern back. Each time they complete the pattern successfully the number of quaters that lit up in the sequence is added to their total score, and the next squence starts with one more light up added. This continues until the user eventually incorrectly repeats the pattern at which time they lose. The game has to record the highest score the user has achieved, and have the ability to play adverts when they lose.
