Create a Mobile Website

I need to have a few screens converted from elements in Photoshop to elements in HTML 5 with smooth animations using jQuery etc. All buttons should have a pressed version as defined in the PSD files and should be functioning (jQuery to sho animation of buttons). All elements should be their own "Div" in the HTML so our developers can write code to control them. All Pages should be represented at ONE div element. ALL page divs will be contained on ONE single HTML page. The main open close buttons should trigger a "Loading" Div that covers the whole screen with a placeholder for a loading image at its center. The "Loading" div should trigger and be removed after 3 sec BUT there should be a function call to remove the div (use settimeout to call the hide function in 3 sec - I will update later as necessary) All elements should have a nice smooth animation when loading the page. The main page that has a list should change from collapse view to full `view with a animation based on which one the user touches. The attached PSD's will be what you are working with and the pngs represent the pages you are building .... remember - ONE HTML file is the deliverable. Please also add a Login page based on the same background etc. This Project will lead to more work and represents only the first temporary part our team was able to scope out. I would like to have this completed in 24 hours
