I need an iPhone app. NO PHONEGAP, I need a native one. Should run in iPad too. The app is for patients receiving nutritional treatments. Every single piece of information is pulled from a working PHP and MySQL software, there is no need to code or fix anything, everything is working just fine. We will provide design, logo, texts, everything. We will provide queries if you need. So please, try to bid accordingly. The Android app is already working so you can take a look and copy it's features. We will provide screenshots if you don't have an Android phone. The app is for PATIENTS, so in almost every screen they just have to see information, no editing or saving anything, just pulling from the server the information that the dietitian did. The app will have 6 screens: 1 - Login 2 - Meal plan (will pull the plan made by the dietitian. No need to edit anything.) 3 - Calendar (will list old appointments and future ones. Also, should be able to ask for a date for a new appointment.) 4 - Messages (chat from the app to the web based software and vice-versa) 5 - Daily record: They just tap a green, orange or red button and leave a comment. This is for every single day so you have to have a calendar. 6 - Settings. (edit email, name, etc, no more than 7-8 fields) We will help every time you need help with some query, I have another developer in the team. Thanks!
