setup Circle CI and auto-distribution for our Android application using hockeyapp

## requirement for this task 1. automatic distribution( push to the branched -> the version apk notification sent to the people ) 2. multiple apks for the multiple git branches. we have some main development branches. also Topic branches. so we should be able to make this APKs available for each separatedly. 3. we are using github. 4. build of this api is very simple, no much complex codes we are using ## i guess what you need to do is : 1. setup hockey app 2. get git hub access of our private repos. 2. setup circle ci build config for our android app 3. test run ## out of scope ( not your task ) - distribution list ( to send mails ) - development itself ## input for you ( what already done ) 1. the app is build stably at the moment.. 2. i think our hockey is setup ?not sure. please check it from code if we build our app, it makes notificatoins to get he versions asks ? delivery requirement and payment conditions : all must condition 1. milestone is completion base. * no much more additional explanation on this todos basically, someone who can understand quicklky is required. * when you submit proposal, we would like you to write your understanding of this task in your words. “what you need to do is this, and that.” and Do you want this, and that,right” to us. This is very effective to find our ( your side and our side ) mutual understanding is meeting, or not and make next steps easier. * when you make proposal, please make sure to write due ( date == time ). when you can submit the code. the earlier is the better. speed > cost in our priority on this todo.
