ESP32 firmware and API

I need some programming to be done on an ESP32 TTGO sim7000. The ESP32 device must be able to do the following tasks. Obtain time for internal clock from network clock on radio at boot Expose name of device for pairing for Bluetooth Classic - default device name is “smrtGRiPS_ECU” Connect to Wifi STA or create WiFi AP network according to config file on internal flash memory Manage BLE connections Connect via BLE to bike accessories - Cadence Power meter - Power meter - Heart rate monitor Connect to App on smartphone using Bluetooth - Bluetooth Classic Connectivity on peripheral - sim7000G Launch a Web Server on ESP32 for editing the configuration file - configure device settings on configuration file - Retrieve and Manage system log on SPIFF Launch MQTT Client on device for communication Publish sensor data via client MQTT Data log slect system message to a log file on SD card (SPIFFS) Initiate data logging through ESP32 Web Interface Access file via WIFI (ESP32 Web Server) Parse data from MQTT Actuator topics to actuate PWM pins Parse serialized data from Bluetooth Serial to actuate PWM pins Process [login to view URL] to execute actuations from Actuator Topoics Make sure actuation rules are processed: -Higher priority messages interrupt lesser priority messages and are processed - this is processed on the ESP32 - Lower priority are queued and executed one second after the ongoing warning Implement a RECORD, PAUSE, and STOP state. STOP STATE - MQTT Client and Datalogging functionality is off. Pending log files are closed. Web server is on. Access to WEB UI used to configure configuration file. In RECORD state - MQTT Client and Datalogging functionality is on. Log files are created. Web server is off. No access to WEB UI used to configure configuration file. PAUSE - same as RECORD, but data logging and data transmission is paused (off). The firmware must have a clearly defined interface that use arduinojson via bluetooth serial and MQTT. This interface should work with an external smartphone app. Please send references to past projects that are preferably on github or similar cloud repository. This is an open source project. Please send references to other open source projects you have participated or already part of. The initial code for the firmware is fixed. However, project will be ongoing and you may be asked to maintain sections of the code you have contributed too in the future.
